Product Description
A fabulous wall décor to enhance your home!
Stand this sculpture on your wall and you will almost feel the cat jumping over the spiky cactus plant in order to enter your home. Artist David Gerstein was born in Jerusalem where cats are a frequent sight and regularly roam the streets. It all began in the 1930’s when the British Mandate brought cats to Israel in order to control the rats. They succeeded - but the cats remained in abundance!
Celebrated Israeli artist and sculpture David Gerstein is world-famous. Many of his studies of still life, urban scenery and human activities carry a humorous comment. Here, the window series are an observation and comment on humdrum life and survival.
