Engraved on the brass is an image of the Temple Menorah, the High Priest's Breast Plate, Jerusalem, the Westn Wall and on all of them is the letter "shin", denoting the Divine Name.

The scroll is inserted on the reverse. The case is attached to the doorpost with screws in the designated holes above and below.
