Velvet belts for Sefer Torah Mantles

The holy Torah Scroll, or Sefer Torah is covered with an ornate velvet Mantle. Often in the back, a slit is left for easy insertion and removal, and the Torah Belt, made with elastic within, closes with a clasp around the middle of the Sefer Torah. It is therefore adjustable to any width, and can expand and contract as needed. The color is matched to the Mantle color.
